On the east coast it seems like our friends in Southern California have an extra three hours added to their day, well they must, because they find time to do more in eight hours than most people do! Besides their day jobs in the cable industry, activists volunteer at Project Angel Food, and deliver hot meals to those who need it most in the Los Angeles area, as well as go bowling – also for a good cause. Over the year’s we found out they’re pretty good at it to, if you’re on the west coast for a “Hollywood Bowls: Strike for a Cause” event we strongly suggest you give it a go. And you’d be helping out two of the SoCal’s AIDS service organizations while you’re at it – Asian/Pacific AIDS Intervention Team (APAIT) and the JWCH Institute.
